Introduction

The terms and conditions below apply to the use of this website at www.mauveic.com (the ‘website’). Using the website and or placing an order constitutes acceptance of our terms and conditions.

 

Prices & Payment

All prices on the website are in UK pounds (£). 

Orders are only confirmed once a deposit/payment has been received. Deposits are non refundable as they are used to hold your booking within our system. 

 

 

Placing an Order

It is vitally important that when you place your order, all details are thoroughly checked - including dates, spelling, punctuation and grammar as we handwrite/print the exact text. 

For any text printed products, a proof will always be sent to the client for sign off. Once the print has been made, any changes after this will incur a re-print fee.

We endeavour to send images of your order before dispatch.

 

Delivery

We pride ourselves on getting your items to you, as quickly as possible.  

We use a reputable carrier service for the majority of our items, including international orders. 

For UK Orders: Once dispatched you can expect to receive your item(s) within 3-4 working days if using our standard delivery option and within 1-2 working days with the express delivery option.

Items sent with our Next Day Delivery are guaranteed to reach you by 5pm the next working day within the UK mainland, if ordered by 12 Midday Monday to Friday.  Please see our delivery page for more info.

For International Orders: We reccomend 3 weeks for delivery and customs. Delivery can be sooner but is dependent on world events. We take no responsibility for customs payments (if applicable).

If a product has become unavailable and we are not able to fulfil the order or there will be a delay in fulfilling the order, we will advise you as soon as possible and offer a full refund, credit for an alternative product or the option for us to fulfil the order when stock has been received.

If any details that you give to us for your delivery address are incorrect then we are not liable if you do not receive any items you have ordered from us.

Industrial action, including strikes, are out of our control. We will always do our best to advised if deliveries will be delayed. 

 

Amending Orders

Any orders that are personalised and/or made to order are amendable 24hrs after payment has been received. 

Any changes after this may incur an additional charge

 

 

Returns

We want you to be happy with your items but in the unfortunate event that you’re not, we’ll do our very best to make it right. Simply get in touch and we’ll be more than happy to help. 

You have the right to cancel your order 24hrs after payment has been received.
