the mool mantar, meaning ‘essential teaching’ is a Sikh prayer written by Guru Nanak Dev Ji who was the founder of Sikhism. it is a prayer located at the opening of the Sikh holy book named the Guru Granth Sahib Ji.
this mool mantar is printed in gold foil only in gurmukhi (punjabi language) and then each line is translated in punjabi english wording underneath.
